Stand Strong combines Krav Maga with strength training for women. The classes start with mobility warm ups to prepare the body, then moves into strength training largely focused on body weight and kettle bell exercises. The second part of the class is focused on self defence, looking at solutions to common attacks on the streets specific to women. The classes will offer variety but also be designed to ensure that progress can be made.
